Lots going on!
First, my schedule as an author got kinked up:
Second: Despite the kinks, or maybe because or them and the fact that I felt driven to feel like I did something to get eyes on my work today, I posted a SingTaLiSing project for Renaissance of Self. This song officially appears in Part 2 – the Change but the events detailed in it are found in Part 1 – The Escape and so I’m okay with sharing the lyrics now. We’ll have an animated music video closer to book launch. You can check out the song below AND if you are a YouTube Music person like me, you can listen to it as part of your regular music rotation by searching up SingTaLiSing as the artist.
Finally, I made a teaser for the Persephone Cycle that isn’t Cora! Time to meet T. Corbin Croft, celebrated artist recently returned to London following an apprenticeship in Paris and his proper recognition as an artist in Rome where he was recruited to return home by Lord Aleron Ashworth, the premiere patron of the arts in 1895 London. Described by others as the “Zeus of the London’s Bohemian World,” he has commissioned T. Corbin Croft to create a 12-painting set, masterpiece of mythology in the Pre-Raphaelite art style, that covers the entire myth of Hades and Persephone including some modern for his time interpretations like Persephone being an over-parented goddess already potent and ready to move on beyond the sheltered life Demeter desired for her.
